bexos.com uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising or tracking scripts, and it has no forms.

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver and protect it, Cloudflare processes technical details of each visit, such as your IP address and browser type. Bexos does not use those details to identify or follow you.

When you book a conversation, the booking page is run by Cal.com. The details you enter there, such as your name, email address and any notes, go to Cal.com and to me, and appear in my calendar. Cal.com’s own privacy policy covers its part.

When you email david@bexos.com, your message is kept in my business email account.

I use this information to reply to you, schedule and prepare for our conversation, and, if we work together, to run the engagement.

I use AI assistants to help me organize my email and calendar and prepare for conversations. These services process your messages on my behalf. I do not use your information to train AI models.

Information you share with me in a client engagement is handled under the terms we agree for that engagement, not this page.

I do not sell, rent or trade your information, and I do not add you to a mailing list.

It is shared only with the services named on this page to do the work described here, or where the law requires it.

You can ask what information I hold about you, and ask me to correct or delete it. Write to david@bexos.com and I will reply within 30 days.

I keep booking details and correspondence for as long as they are useful to our relationship or needed for business records, then delete them.

This site is not directed at children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect their information.

If this page changes, the effective date above changes with it.
